St. Louis Bathroom Remodel Walk Through

Well, first off welcome to this blog, this thing. It's a little odd here at first, I feel like I'm putting on a presentation in front of a live studio audience. So I'm going to imagine I'll warm up to this media outlet over time and let my natural humble self take controls of this good ship. For now, there is no claims of being a warlock or containing within these veins a liquid called Tiger's Blood.

Nope, just ole Bob talking about remodeling in the St. Louis area. Bathroom remodeling in the St. Louis area is probably my favorite thing to do. Usually the canvas you start with is one of dated materials, weathered flooring and tired fixtures. Most of the time but not always there is an inaudible sigh in these outdated rooms and it's time they be put to rest.

With proper floor protection and plastic taped to walls to contain dust, everything takes a turn walking it's final days to the dumpster. At the end of the day we'll have an open ceiling showing the attic, walls removed exposing wire, plumbing supply and drain lines amongst the two by four studs and a floor devoid of the previous material and substrate showing the sub floor material.

This is where everything starts heading into the right direction but for now, the day has been long and dusty. The plastic is removed from the walls, floor protection is rolled up and the home is left for the evening clean and quiet for the homeowner...
